Mark Casper- General Manager

Mark Casper is a recent addition to the Windsor Parke family coming to us with many years of experience in both business and golf. Mark is a native of Virginia moving to the Jacksonville area in 2002 along with his wife Kimberly, and their two children Mark and Kierstyn. A graduate of James Madison University, Mark has enjoyed being part of golf since age 14 playing college golf for 2 years and participating in many amateur events over the past 30 years. Mark spent 17 years with C.H. Robinson Worldwide with the latter part of his career in upper-level management and consulting. Upon arriving in Jacksonville, Mark entered a real estate venture as a partner in a real estate development company where he has participated in several projects before joining Windsor Parke. “Our goal at Windsor Parke is to provide an ideal environment for all our guests. Whether you’re here for an outing or just a day of golf with your friends, our friendly and knowledgeable staff will set the tone for a fun and distinctive golfing experience so every time you return it feels like coming home.”

 

Mark Heeter - Head Golf Professional

mark@windsorparke.com  Mark Heeter joined the Windsor Parke Team in 1999 as a golf shop assisant, becoming Head Golf Pro in 2004.  Mark hailed from Ohio where he spent 18 years with Chrysler Corporation as a Service Director.  With his business background, he has proven himself as a valuable resource in the day-to-day management of golf operations, including the Golf Shop and merchandising, Cart Fleet Operations, and the Starter/Ranger program.  He is an integral part of planning events for both the Membership and the Public including tournaments and outings for groups both large and small.

With strong teaching skills, Mark is available for private lessons to all ages.  His Summer Junior Camps are available for ages 6 to 16 and have enjoyed the return of many youngsters from year to year.  No matter your age or ability, if you want to improve your game, call the Parke and ask for Mark!

  

Rip Phillips - Golf Course Superintendent

superintendant@windsorparke.com  Rip Phillips joined the team at Windsor Parke in January 2004.  He has 15 years of experience in North Florida as a turfgrass manager.  Prior to joining Windsor Parke, he was the lead assistant superintendent at The Palencia Club in St. Augustine, Fl.  Rip is active in his profession, serving as the Vice President of the North Florida Superintendents Association for the past two years, and is currently a Director on the Florida State Golf Course Superintendent Association Board of Directors. Rip is also a Class A superintendent in the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America.  Prior to the Golf Industry, Rip served 5 years in the United States Navy as a Tactical Air Traffic Controller out of Mayport, Florida.  He continues to make is home in Atlantic Beach with his wife Sarah, and daughter Hannah.

 

Mike Cordray - Director of Finance

accountant@windsorparke.com Mike joined Windsor Parke Golf Club as its Finance Director in August of 2006.  He was born and raised in Jacksonville Beach and graduated from Fletcher Senior High School in 1970.  Mike also earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Florida State University in 1977.  Careerwise, he spent 20 years in the transportation industry with both Ryder Truck Lines and Crowley Maritime Corporation working in most areas of accounting and finance in Jacksonville and Fort Lauderdale.  He has spent the last 11 years both owning and managing  various rental properties in the beaches area and continues those responsibilities on a limited basis in addition to his duties at Windsor Parke.
